I love having turkey left over, and often wished I took the time to roast a turkey every week.
Are you asking yourself ,”What would I do with all that turkey?”
The recipes are endless.
I have one quick sandwich to share.
I love turkey salad but I don’t make it with mayonnaise.
I use Fage’ yogurt, it’s fat free very thick. (Greek style thick)
I add some celery, onions, celery salt and pepper and it’s so simple but delicious.
It would have been healthier if I put it on wheat bread, but I had a croissant and that sure was good.

That looks so good! Great idea with the yogurt! I love that Greek yogurt, never thought to replace the mayo with that.
What a brilliant idea. They sell this brand of yogurt at Trader Joe's here. I also like that it has a higher protein value then typical yogurt.
O often use Greek yogurt in place of mayo too…in fact I just used it make deviled eggs after Easter! Love your blog…
Mmmm greek yoghurt! A healthier choice in comparison to mayo.
Yum!
