Conversation hearts

I was glad to see that the conversation hearts we all remember from childhood still look the same but I hear they taste different…after I tried them I do think they taste different, totally different flavors than what I remembered. So if you try them and figure out the flavors let me know, I’m confused! Needless to say I like them the old way-they taste I remember….what was Necco thinking?

AMEN TO THAT!! My hubbie and I had hidden a bag for ourselves – we tasted them and blech!!!! Needless to say the kids were really excited to get a bag this morning. THEY WERE SO GROSS!!! Where can I find the conversation hearts of old?!?!

I agree, they are gross now! Did you hear that this year they've added a "Tweet Me" conversation heart?

THANK YOU. They needed to make some the old way and call these new ones "Tangy" or something. I usually OD on them by now but I haven't even eaten half the bag I bought.

Candy is serious business to me!

Haven't tried them in a while, but now I will have to go pick up a box and try them out!
I do know, that they are putting new messages on them, like "Text me". which i think is kinda weird and hilarious!

I know right? I'll have to look at the email they sent me back when I got home, but the flavors are what the colors are (that's what the lady said) Basically Orange, Grape, Strawberry, Lemon (the yellow used to be banana), green-apple, etc. She did say you can find the old ones at the Dollar Tree (and other dollar stores) which I found some there this weekend. Sadly, just the small hard ones and not the big yummy soft ones.

Yes, I was a little disappointed when I tasted tangy instead of the good old converstion hearts. I hope they change thm back, I mean, it's not like they are Jelly Bellys right? :) ~Lanie

I like your squiggly icing on the cupcake:)Conversation hearts are classic! I haven't bought any yet this year, but I think it's funny how they update some of the sayings(fax me-which is probably OLD news by now)..I'll have to buy a bag and see if "tweet me" or "text me" is there? :)
